A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, so here I am

Hello!!

My name is Magdalena, 21-year-old student from Poland.
Creating this page was born few minutes ago and I still wonder, "should I do this or not?"
Whatever, friends say "if you can do crazy stuff, do it!". So, here we go!

OK, I decide to post here, but the question sounds "what exactly?". You have to know that I am a young woman so, I am totally keen on other cultures and could spend whole my life travelling or watching Travel Channel or some popular science broadcasts. You know.. could hear people talking about their lifestyles and even get to know  ways of life by my own, feel it. Which one happening changed me so deeply in my life that I discover loving the other countries? Just travelling.
I've been to Czech Republic, Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, Egypt, Israel and have seen a little bit of Saudi Arabia. I've seen luxury, poverty, illuminated skyscrapers of the last one country I mentioned about, I've seen messy kids of Egypt beginning me for some food and money (especially the second thing). I've seen beautiful hotels located in the middle of the desert and when I was going from airport to my hotel I saw many rubbish dumps.
The sun was watching this, then it was set to rise  and watch it again... To watch proof of human's stupid behavior and glance off the vitreous skyscrapers.

What have I felt in every country wherein I did sightseeing? I have felt cold and warm there. I've seen the most beautiful grass in whole my life when I've been to Sweden. I've seen the most touching blue sky on the land of Egypt and I've seen Wall of Cry and observed Jews around me, admire them too. I have seen lights in the night from Saudi Arabia, which covered the river nearby a street. I have stepped towards Arabic desert and I survived sand storm. I've been to Charles Bridge to Czech Republic and feel that atmosphere. I have learned a lot from people from Czech Republic. I did sightseeing calm Slovakian villages which were so similar to my homeland ones. I have lived for a week in Linz, Germany where I met many friendly people in my age. And at the end I feel the sun which set and rise in every country I visited. I breathed Egyptian, German, Swedish air and touched stone from Slovakia or Jerusalem. I saw the ugly face of every single country.

But, OK.. I am writing many things which I felt there around the world, but can all these countries have something in common? Yes, it goes without saying. Every single moved me deeply. Every showed me its both advantages and disadvantages.
Every gave me its children (citizens) and let me make friends with them. I experienced so many things. I am glad for this. Someone can realize what the most important thing in one's life is during Biology lesson. The person realize "exactly, this is my life! I wanna analyze". In my case there had been my first flight to Sweden which  changed my life. Since I've been there, I realized what makes me happy is discovering new lands, new cultures and new  people.

Perception, sense of smell, sense of touch.. That is what I need in my life. I wanna use all these senses to be happy. I can pick something around the world out because of  perception. I can hear sounds from Swedish radio or from Arabic market. But you know what? It's not such as  important as making my own decision. That awareness is great! I can say "Australia", buy a ticket and just make my dreams come true to appear there. Making one's dreams come true is the power of every man in my opinion.
And you can ask what my favourite quotation is? It sounds 千里之行,始于足下。 what means "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". That proves what seems to be important in my life.
